My organization, "The Committee for a Unified Independent Party' is appealing the Federal District Court's ruling allowing the Republican Party, in this case, to force the state to do party registration and allow the parties to dictate to the people of the Idaho who can vote in out political process.

The Parties will control the ballot for this election because it is a special. All the voters will be left out of who the party nominees are and that is New York State politics.
